“When we wanted to produce a legacy leaflet, we shared some draft wording with Sanita and it was apparent that we were in danger of falling into some pitfalls. As a result, we asked Sanita to manage the wording and production of the leaflet. There were also some technical aspects that Sanita brought to the role such as the emphasis on residual gifts in Wills rather than fixed amounts to assist with inflation proofing which the Trustees would never have considered.
