Fundraising In-House Training.

Having worked with numerous charities over the years, I’ve learned that a collaborative approach is required to help you achieve your goals. In-house training offers me the opportunity to really get to know your organisation, which allows me to adapt the content and learning outcomes of my workshops to best meet your requirements.

My ‘tried and tested’ training sessions are there to support your Individual Giving needs. Take a look at what I already have on offer, but do let me know if you’re in need of something bespoke.

What will you learn from my in-house training?

Each of my training sessions have unique learning outcomes depending on the subject matter with an overall aim of helping you better achieve your Fundraising targets and goals. Your colleagues will come away from the sessions feeling excited and enthused about the newfound knowledge and skills they’ve acquired.

My workshops encourage group-working and will help you to avoid teams working in silos.

Why book a workshop?

Booking a workshop couldn’t be simpler, and everything can be delivered either online or face-to-face – whichever best suits your needs. If taking time out to learn something new feels like a luxury you can’t afford, then you really can’t afford not to do it.

All of my workshops are fun and engaging, and your teams will come away from the sessions ‘buzzing’ with ideas. I have numerous ‘how-to’ tips included in each training session that are designed to help you achieve your organisational goals. Most workshops are designed to last between 1 and 3 hours, so you can be back at your desk and implementing your new ideas the same day!

In-house Training available.

Integrating Legacy asks across all your Fundraising streams

Have you been asked to promote Legacies but are struggling to find the words?

In this course I’ll show you how you can encourage positive Legacy conversations with ease and leave the thought of a difficult conversation behind.

Stewarding your donors

Keeping your existing donors is far more cost effective than recruiting new ones, but what’s the best way to keep them engaged and donating?

In this session, I explain why good donor stewardship is vital to retaining their support and share top tips on how to keep your audiences hooked.

Using the Telephone to transform your Fundraising

Do you know why your donors give, or even why they keep giving? Why do they give to your Charity in particular? Nobody knows the answers to these questions but your donors – so why not ask them?

In this training session, I’ll teach you how to make successful telephone calls with your donors to find out answers to the above questions. I’ll guide you through the pre-call preparation, what to say on the call, what to do and say when things don’t go as planned.

Recruiting & Managing Fundraising Volunteers

Volunteers are, quite literally, priceless. But how do we encourage and motivate people to give their time and share their skills?

In this training session, I’ll give you all the tools you need to successfully recruit, manage, and engage fundraising volunteers.  You can benefit from this extra resource sparing up your time to work on other projects.

Better Brainstorming

Thinking creatively  or working together as a team can spark brilliant ideas, but maybe when you’ve got together in the past, minds have gone blank…sound familiar?

In this session I’ll show you how to get the most out of a brainstorming session – from keeping your team motivated and enthusiastic to making sure that ideas flow freely.

Testimonials

“Sanita, I’m just writing up my notes from this morning’s webinar and feel so much less lost and intimidated by legacy fundraising. Excited to get started, thank you!” –  Georgina Crawfurd, Fundraiser at Friends of Vellore UK

“I worked with Sanita for many years as one of her fundraising volunteers. Her appreciation and gratitude has made me feel very specially valued. Volunteers don’t have to volunteer. We do it for people like Sanita” – Alice Cleland, former Chair at Royal Voluntary Service
